Official Rules for the FANTASY LIFE i
Photo Contest

All the contestants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") of the "FANTASY LIFE i Photo Contest" (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest"), organized by LEVEL5 Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), are asked to carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before submitting their entries.
By submitting an entry, Participants are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes

Grand Prize: 1 winner per category (subject to change)
Custom Avatar Category: a figure based on the winning avatar.
Best Shot Category: an A4-size Chara Fine Graph showcasing the award-winning photo.
Due to the nature of the prizes, we cannot accept requests for modifications or exchanges of the delivered figure or Chara Fine Graph.
Excellence Award: 5 winners per category (subject to change) - Original T-shirt
Honorable Mention: 14 winners per category (subject to change) - Amazon Gift Card worth approximately 1,000 JPY

How to Participate

To participate in the Contest, please visit the official website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), register your email address, and submit a screenshot through the designated entry form. Your entry will be considered complete once the submission has been received.
Only screenshots taken using the in-game Photo Mode of "FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time" will be eligible for the contest. Any works created using external tools—including but not limited to modifications, image editing, or generative AI—will not be accepted.
For further details regarding the entry process and judging criteria for each category, please refer to the Website.
This Contest utilizes the campaign tool OWNLY, operated by Smart Share Inc. Please be aware that all submitted works will also be automatically displayed on the OWNLY platform.

Announcement of Winners

Winners in each category will be selected from among the Participants through a strict and impartial selection process.
The announcement of winners will be published through the Website, as well as through the Company's official websites, official social media accounts, and other media outlets (via Company press releases).
Winners of each category will also be notified via email by the Contest's administration. Please note that all communication will be conducted in Japanese or English.
If the information provided in the entry form is incomplete, the Company is unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within three days of the Company's notification, the winner's right to receive the prize will be forfeited. (Email notifications will be sent from the address "noreply@ownly.jp, LV5DG_FLiPhotoContest@level5.co.jp." If you have set restrictions on incoming emails by address or domain, please ensure that emails from this address can be received.)
In addition, if the winner's address is unclear or the prize cannot be delivered due to reasons such as relocation, the right to receive the prize may also be forfeited.
With the exception of the winners' notifications, the Company will not contact any individual Participants regarding this Contest. Furthermore, please note that the Company cannot respond to any inquiries concerning the selection process, progress, or results of the Contest.
Once forfeited, rights cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
The right to receive a prize, as well as the prize itself, may not be transferred to any third party, converted into cash, or listed for sale, including through online auctions.

Important Notes

There is no limit to the number of entries per Participant; however, each Participant may register only one email address. Each entry must consist of a single work.
Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before entering the Contest. By submitting an entry, it will be deemed that such consent has been obtained.
Participants shall enter the Contest at their own responsibility and expense. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the Contest (including, but not limited to, changes, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest).
Entries falling under any of the following categories will not be eligible to participate. Furthermore, if reasons for disqualification are identified after judging, any awards granted may be rescinded.
Entries that do not conform to the theme of the Participant's chosen category.
Entries captured using methods other than the in-game Photo Mode (including the use of external tools or editing/processing).
Entries that infringe upon the ownership, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, honor, credibility, privacy, or other rights of other users or third parties.
Entries containing obscene, violent, or discriminatory content, or any other content that may cause discomfort to third parties.
Entries that are contrary to public order and morals, or that may reasonably be deemed so.
Entries that the Company deems inappropriate for publication.
Entries created for the purpose of advertising, commercial solicitation, political campaigning, or the promotion of specific ideologies or religions.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time it deems necessary.
In the event that these Terms and Conditions are amended, the revised provisions shall take immediate effect.

Copyright

The copyright of the winning entries (including, but not limited to, the rights set forth in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act of Japan) shall be transferred to the Company free of charge at the time the Company announces the Contest's winners.
Submitted works, whether selected as winning entries or not, may be used by the Company in connection with "FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time" across official websites, official social media accounts, promotional materials, and other related media. By submitting an entry, Participants will be deemed to have consented to such use.
In the event that the Company uses any of the submitted works, the Company may, without prior notice to the Participants, make any necessary edits, adaptations, or modifications to the images. By submitting an entry, Participants will be deemed to have consented to such actions.
The Participants shall not exercise or assert any moral rights of authorship in relation to their submitted works against the Company or any third party designated by the Company.

Personal Information

The personal information provided by Participants and winners will be used solely for the purposes of contacting the winners and delivering the prizes, and only to the extent necessary for said purposes. The Company will exercise the utmost care in securely handling and managing all personal information.
For more details about the handling of personal information, please refer to the "LEVEL5 Inc. Privacy Policy", provided separately by the Company.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Participants will also be deemed to have agreed to the Company's Privacy Policy.
