To hear about players' opinions and impressions of FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, we will be conducting a survey on the official site.
We invite everyone to participate in the survey after playing the game.

By pressing the "Customer Survey" button at the Title Screen after starting the game, the password needed to answer the survey will be displayed.

• • The survey can be accessed via desktop or mobile. You may not be able to answer the survey on some mobile devices.
• • The survey page supports the following languages: English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean
• • We ask that each player answer the survey only once.
• • If you are unsure about any part of the survey, please be sure to consult a member of your family when answering.
• • The survey may be inaccessible during periods of heavy traffic.
  If the survey becomes inaccessible, we ask that you reattempt the survey at a later time.

• *Entry timing does not affect the selection of lottery winners, so please take your time playing the game before completing the survey.
• *Winners will be notified through the shipment of rewards. Rewards are scheduled to be shipped sequentially between late July and early August 2025.
• *Please note that shipment of the original clear file is limited to addresses within Japan.
