Guidelines for
Posting Videos and Still Images
LEVEL5 Inc. (henceforth to be referred to as "the company" or "our company") permits the uploading and distribution (including livestreaming and similar activities) of gameplay footage in the form of videos and still images (henceforth to be referred to as "content") from the game FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time (henceforth to be referred to as "this game" or "the game") for personal and non-commercial use only, in accordance with the guidelines detailed below.
If you are a company or other organization wishing to make use of this game in a corporate context, please contact us through the contact form on our website.
Guidelines for the Publication and Distribution of Game Content
- Users are allowed to post content on video publishing sites such as YouTube, Niconico, Twitch, etc., as well as on social media such as X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

In addition to gameplay footage, the user may also use the following image materials (henceforth referred to as "resources") distributed by our company in their content.

Users are allowed to post content of the game even during the Early Access or Advanced Access periods prior to the official release date. However, to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy the game, we ask that you refrain from publishing content, such as videos or screenshots, that includes the following restricted segments, regardless of the timing of publication.

- *If your content includes spoilers, please provide a clear warning such as "Contains Spoilers."
- ・Main Story, Chapter 7: From the cutscene following the dialogue before the final battle, throughout the ending and end credits.
- ・After Completing the Main Story: From the cutscene that plays after talking to Edward and choosing to recall the final battle, throughout the ending and end credits.
- *The cutscene that plays after the end credits can be streamed.

Editing only animated scenes or event scenes together in a content compilation is strictly forbidden. We may take action against such content, such as requesting removal, deletion, or the suspension of distribution activities.
- *Encountering and recording the animation or event scenes during the course of normal gameplay is allowed.

Please refrain from distributing content through websites or services that require payment to view the content. However, monetization is permissible through the listed systems on the websites below.

- ・TwitCasting: TwitCasting Monetization (Premium Streams excluded)
- ・Other affiliate services similar to the above, livestream services with gifting options, etc.

When uploading content to a video distribution website, please clearly indicate the following copyright notice in your video description or in another prominent location.

- If the content includes the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights belonging to a third party, make sure you obtain permission from the respective rights holder(s) before uploading it.
- Please refrain from posting content that may mislead viewers into believing you are affiliated with the company or its affiliates, or that you have been sponsored by the company or its affiliates.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights, copyright, as well as related ownership rights belong to the company or third parties designated by the company.
- By uploading any content, you do not gain any of the intellectual property rights over the game or its materials, nor are you granted any licenses or rights beyond what is mentioned in the scope of these guidelines.
Forbidden Acts

Uploads, distribution, or other activities that feature the acts below are strictly forbidden.
- Uploads or streams featuring content that is or may be offensive or run counter to the law, public order, or moral standards.
- Uploads or streams featuring content that infringes on the rights of the company or other third parties.
- Uploads or streams featuring content that is considered discriminatory, slanderous, or otherwise offensive to third parties.
- Uploads or streams featuring content that would be detrimental to the image of the game or our company.
- Uploads or streams featuring cheats, glitches, or other such content that is commonly recognized as cheating or that may spread and encourage the use of cheating and glitches.
- Uploads or streams featuring programs or tools that enable cheating in gameplay.
- Secondary use (the selling of videos, illustrations, products, etc. that were created using our game or its materials) or other commercial use of the content.
- The editing and uploading of the game's cutscenes, audio, or music for the primary purpose of being viewed.
- The use of content from this game (including derivative works) for religious or political purposes, or for activities contrary to public order or morality.
- Any other type of upload or action deemed inappropriate by the company.
- We may take action against content that we deem to be in violation of these guidelines, such as the removal or deletion of content, or the suspending of the distribution of a video or stream. Upon receipt of our request, you are to cease publication of the content without delay. Please note, we are not able to respond to individual inquiries about reasons for deletion or removal of content.
- In the event that our company or a third party suffers damages as a result of a violation of our guidelines, we will seek compensation for said damages.
Important Notes
- The creation and posting of content is entirely at your own risk and expense.
- We bear no responsibility of any kind for user-generated content, including, but not limited to, the game's or materials' completeness, legality, morality, or non-infringement of rights.
- We hold no liability in the event of a dispute between you and a third party arising out of or in connection to the posting of content, irrespective of what may have caused the dispute.
- These guidelines may be changed without prior notice. If the guidelines are changed, the latest version will immediately become applicable. Please check the latest version of the guidelines before uploading any content.
- These guidelines may be revoked without any prior notice. In such an event, content uploaded while the guidelines were active can continue to remain available as long as the content was in accordance with the guidelines.
- A notification indicating the filing of a "copyright claim" may be received due to the Content ID system. This simply notifies the detection of a piece of music being used and does not constitute an assertion of copyright infringement. There is no need to delete or set the video to private as it does not affect the channel.
- Please understand that we can not respond to personal inquiries related to the content of the guidelines.
